Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.
All orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. For the fastest delivery times please enter a physical shipping address. Deliveries to P.O. boxes may take longer.
To have control over the shipping method or require a specific carrier, the customer may have to pay for shipping during checkout.
Please note, orders $500 and greater require a signature upon delivery, this is to prevent stolen packages and is at no additional cost to the customer.
Canadian Shipping
The customer is responsible for any customs, brokerage, or other fees that may be incurred because of the merchandise crossing the Canadian border. Taxes and fees may change based upon your local address. Customers may need to visit their local Canadian Post or local pick up site to retrieve packages. Merchandise refused or returned for any reason from an order shipped to Canada will be refunded less shipping costs.
Expedited Shipping
At an additional cost we offer an expedited shipping method which delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship orders placed before 1:00 pm. MT during the week, on the same day.
Warranty
The BOROUX foundation filters are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, damage, or failure to follow installations and use instructions. If the product is defective, we will replace the product. Proof of purchase, description of product, and alleged defect must be provided for a warranty claim.
The BOROUX legacy system (this includes: chambers, spigot, washers, hole plugs, or wingnuts) is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. There is no need to register; to file a warranty claim, please contact customer service with your order number.
The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, accidents, abuse, or unintended use of the system. This warranty does not cover filters.
Refund policy
Returns will not be accepted after 60 days of the purchase. In the event that a replacement is needed for a part covered under warranty, please contact Customer Service at contact@boroux.com
Order Restrictions
Due to state laws in California and Iowa, some order restrictions may apply.
Retail Arbitrage
Retail arbitrage refers to the practice of acquiring products in large quantities (>5) from a particular retailer and subsequently reselling them, typically on alternative marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon. It is our explicit policy that products purchased from boroux.com are not to be resold under any circumstances. Therefore, we do not supply invoices for the purpose of marketplace verification. Should your order(be suspected of involving retail arbitrage, several of our policies outlined on this page will not apply to your order. In the event that you decide to initiate a return within the designated return policy timeframe, please note that a restocking fee of 20% will be applicable. Pre-paid return labels will not be provided. Retroactive discounts cannot be applied.

All online transactions are conducted over a secure server verified by McAfee while using the industry's highest standard security certificate.
