Do gift cards expire or have fees?
No. BOROUX gift cards never expire and carry no fees. They can be used toward any product.

Can a Gift Card be returned or refunded?
No. Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. If you return something paid with a gift card, the amount goes back to your gift card balance.
When will the recipient get the Gift Card?
Right after purchase, usually within a few minutes. If you picked a future delivery date, it'll arrive on that day.
Can the recipient check their Gift Card balance?
Yes. The balance can be checked by clicking the "View gift card balance" link in the original Gift Card email, and it also shows at checkout when the code is applied. Whatever's left stays on the card.
Can I purchase a BOROUX Gift Card for someone who lives in California or Iowa?
Yes. BOROUX Gift Cards can be purchased and gifted to anyone. However, please note that BOROUX Proactive Filters cannot be shipped to addresses in California or Iowa due to state-specific regulatory requirements. If the gift card recipient lives in California or Iowa, they will not be able to use the gift card to purchase Proactive Filters for shipment to an address in those states. The gift card may still be used toward other eligible products available for shipment to their location.
What if I sent it to the wrong email?
Call us on 1-800-350-4170 (Mon–Fri, 9 am–4 pm MT) or send us an email at contact@boroux.com with your order number and we'll get it to the right address.
What if I lose my Gift Card code?
We can't replace lost or stolen codes, so keep yours somewhere safe.
