When will the recipient get the Gift Card?
Right after purchase, usually within a few minutes. If you picked a future delivery date, it'll arrive on that day.
Does a Gift Card expire?
No, BOROUX gift cards never expire.
What if I sent it to the wrong email?
Email support@boroux.com with your order number and we'll get it to the right address.
Can the recipient check their Gift Card balance?
Yes. The balance is in the original gift email, and it shows at checkout when the code is applied. Whatever's left stays on the card.
Can a Gift Card be returned or refunded?
No. Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. If you return something paid with a gift card, the amount goes back to your gift card balance.
What if I lose my Gift Card code?
We can't replace lost or stolen codes, so keep yours somewhere safe.
