Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60. Free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied. Some products can not be shipped to California or Iowa at this time. 

All orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. For the fastest delivery times please enter a physical shipping address. Deliveries to P.O. boxes may take longer.

To have control over the shipping method or require a specific carrier, the customer may have to pay for shipping during checkout.

Orders $500 and greater require a signature upon delivery; this is to prevent stolen packages and is at no additional cost to the customer.

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping and applicable duties and taxes, which will be collected in the shopping cart at the time of purchase. Merchandise refused or returned for any reason from an international order will be refunded less shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

International shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing. We kindly ask for your patience during transit, especially as port congestion and global logistics delays can impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any concerns during the shipping process.

Expedited Shipping

At an additional cost we offer an expedited shipping method which delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship orders placed before 1:00 pm. MT during the week, on the same day. Expedited shipping expenses will not be refunded due to circumstances outside our control.
